Soraya Williams Farver serves as the liaison to the Board of the Wayne County Treasurer Association.
Her most recent role has been President of the association in 2022.

Soraya is currently the Supervisor of Cash Management Technologies at the Wayne County Treasurer’s Office, where she has enjoyed 30 years of public service. She is a Detroit native and graduate of Wayne State University where she has earned her MBA in Finance. She is a member of multiple boards and foundations, with a commitment to furthering goals and supporting communities.
